#406- Val Kilmer is Confused Part I
So basically I drew an incredibly elaborate setup for a punchline that only three people who read the comic will get, all of whom were there when I came up with the idea. Smart, right? So smart, in fact, that I’ll be doing it again on Monday! Hopefully the art is still enjoyable even if the punchline isn’t funny to you. (It is based around Val Kilmer’s different movie roles, combined with the fact that Val Kilmer is incredible and kind of garbage at the same time). Also, tomorrow is homecoming! By the time you read this, I may well be in Fredericksburg already, gearing up for the insanity that is sure to occur when a bunch of disillusioned college grads descend on their alma mater for a day or two of partying. Should be a time.

It takes balls to publish a comic containing a joke you know nobody will get. But you raised the bar: you published a joke you knew nobody would get, FOURTEEN YEARS LATE.
Nice. :p

Ha! I’m uncompromising in my commitment to doing comics about the ideas that make me laugh, no matter how ill-advised they may be in every possible way!

Um…? right up there where the comic is? And I didn’t do a comic for Monday ’cause of being sick.
