#400- I guess Coach K. would be Hagrid?
Phewww this took forever. Damn me for deciding to make a comic for which a sense of place was totally crucial. Man. Once I’ve actually got a schedule and such, like job or internship and what have you, I am not gonna be able to keep doing this “stay up til’ six or later doing the comic” nonsense. I swear.
400! That is a number.

Whenever I happen to notice the advertisement in the corner here I want to make it say something random like, “Ben is interesting!” Unfortunately, I seem to be irrationally afraid of clicking on the information thing below it. Do the windows at her school truly look sideways and upside down sometimes?

congrats on the 400!

Bitch, please. Coach K is Albus Dumbledore. Duke’s seeding in the last few tourneys has been the result of some serious sorcery.

Brittney- Thank you darlin!
Christin- Haha, the information dealie won’t bite. as for the windows, I’m not sure what you mean, but they do look very unusual and old.
Katherine- Thanks!
Sarah- Ahahaha, yeah, I couldn’t decide who Coach K would be, I’m just not familiar enough with basketball or with Harry Potter. I laughed out loud at that seeding joke, though.

whoah whoah whaoh, I would just like you all to know that Coach K’s office is the tallest place on campus….higher than the Chapel. Obviously Coach K runs this joint. And we are going to have a ROCKING basketball season (because, you know how much I care about sports..)

Oh, don’t worry, I am Team Duke. (Duke-UNC is like Celtics-Lakers; you pick a side.) And after last year’s embarrassment of a national title game, how could I ever be pro-Tar Heels? They killed my Spartans!
AND Duke is definitely getting better. I’m talking about the year they lost to VCU and the year they ALMOST lost to Belmont. Like, what? They were seeded way too highly both years. But we all know how political the NCAA tourney is. As great as Mason’s 2006 run was, it kind of ruined it for potential mid-major Cinderellas to come.
Wow, sorry, Ben! You can tell I’m ready for college basketball season. I’ll try to refrain from writing long-winded diatribes in the comments section in the future… :/

Hahaha, it’s all good. All diatribes are welcome here at The SemiReal, as long as they’re not racist against the gays and women and so forth. Also, somehow I’m not surprised you’re excited about college basketball.
