#374- Job Job Job Job
Well if you read a headline about some young man getting crushed under a mountain of bristol and brushes, you’ll know why.
Today I inked using an improvised lightbox! Meaning I pencilled the comic, then layed some bristol overtop with a light source behidn them so I could ink straight onto the bristol with no pencil lines on it. I was practicing for how I’m going to do my Mamaw (mom’s mom) and Vee’s (dad’s mom) thank-you cards. It was interesting, and also my eyes hurt/hands burn because while normal light boxes are supposed to use flourenscent lights, this one uses those sunshine lights. So, not really ideal. Whoops! Definitely mixed results, but that’s how you get better, by doin’ shit.
Okay! Return on Monday for more comics goodness!
PS- Also, listen: click on this link to a comic by one of the people advertising on the site that I checked out while I waited ten minutes for Photoshop to goddamn Copy Merged, and then come back.

I hope you get this job, that would be awesome! also you would buy a lot of stuff. but at least you would actually have money to buy it with!
