With each update you read it comes to you from farther in the past! That’s some Twilight Zone shit there, boy.
The boardwalk was great! Tons of crappy carnival rides, like ninety french fry places, arcades, drunk 60-year-olds stumbling around in droves, wine bottles in hand? Fantastic.
Also! The friends in question were Sarah and Dwayne! I was not able to get photo reference to draw them with due to lack of Facebook friend-ness, but they have speaking roles from off-panel, there.

Yay! I am so excited that we made an appearance in the comic, even if it is just a talking bubble! Sorry I took so long to check this, I’ve been lacking in the internet access department.
