I decided to do a newspaper editorial-ish style for the title panel, ’cause editorial cartoonists do this awesome thing where they’ll be overtly PC while fucking it up at the same time and sterotyping or otherwise maligning the group they’re sticking up for, and I think that’s hilarious so I did it by contrasting my middle-class money bitching in a way that makes me look bad while providing some pretty damn stereotypical poor people, all with their poverty indicated via cross-hatching dirtiness on their clothes. Newspaper political cartoons are even more over the top, I feel, with messages like “don’t be racist against the heathen chinee!!” next to a picture of a dude with slants for eyes, buck teeth, and those hats like Raiden from Mortal Kombat.
