#114-We can rebuild them… we can make them better, faster, stronger, rhythmic
This is the first of several comics about the National Folk Festival, which was in Richmond this past weekend, and will be in town again next year. It was insaaaaanely fun. We saw so many good bands, and didn’t have the chance to see them all.
Pictured is the Bost Edge, an Irish group from (sorpresa!) Boston. They were really awesome, although Bryant told me after the comic was made that this conversation actually took place while we were watching Jamesie and the Allstars featuring Blinky McIntosh, a band from St. Croix. Sorry guys, should’ve been more memorable!
Also, no post yesterday because I was off today and yesterday for fall break. Fall break was great, especially the folk festival, seeing people from school in richmond, and eating my mom’s ribs and cheese grits. Fuckin’ A.
But really, I didn’t know babies did that. If babies can have rhythm, what’s everyone else’s excuse?
